Employment Types:

  • Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients, addressing aspects such as liabilities, income, taxation, savings, and more.
  • Assist families in safeguarding their assets, establishing a legacy, managing financial obligations, and planning estates.

Preferred Skills: While financial expertise is not required, experience in leadership, public speaking, customer service, sales, banking, accounting, or entrepreneurship can be advantageous.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-Time: 6-10 hours per week.
  • Completely remote, utilizing Zoom for meetings.
  • Leads provided, both warm and cold.
  • Access to support from a Field Trainer or Sponsor.
  • Training sessions held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass a background check (no felonies).
  • Must possess or obtain a U.S. Social Security Number.
  • Must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old.
  • Must be willing to study for and pass the Life & Health Insurance License examination.

Compensation Structure:

  • Full-Time: $60,000-$250,000+
  • Part-Time: $45,000-$75,000+
  • Referral: $20,000-$60,000+ (Commission-based with potential bonuses and tax advantages)
