Position Details:

Shift: 2-2-3 Rotation, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Starting Hourly Wage: $20.08/hr

Job Summary: This role involves performing a comprehensive range of cleaning duties for designated buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with FDA sanitation standards, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Operate material handling equipment as well as cleaning machinery.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse floors.
• Conduct monthly cleaning of external docks.
• Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.

Qualifications:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to interact effectively with employees across all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure for extended periods to achieve results.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Willingness to follow directions and maintain attention to detail.
• Decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months of experience in a distribution center environment.
