As an experienced electrician, you will be responsible for planning, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical components and systems. You will work in a safe, thorough, and timely manner, applying your electrical technical training and several years of electrical construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical components and systems
* Work in a safe, thorough, and timely manner
* Apply electrical technical training and several years of electrical construction experience
* Utilize lean construction processes to meet high production and quality standards
* Demonstrate good time management and organization skills
* Consistently meet high reliability standards
* Lead small crews and instruct and mentor apprentices

Physical Demands:

* Ability to work 40 or more hours per week
* Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs.
* Occasional lifting from floor to above shoulder
* Continuous standing, walking, and/or climbing
* Regular squatting, kneeling, and sitting
* Repetitive use of hands for frequent grasping, pushing, and pulling and fine motor coordination
* Repetitive use of feet for operating equipment, conduit benders, and vertical climbing
* Adequate balance for frequent climbing
* Adequate vision for blueprint reading and color coding to identify wire

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license and good driving record
* Ability to work in varied weather conditions
* Specialized training and personal protective equipment provided for working at heights, in confined spaces, or when exposed to occasional dust, fumes, etc.
