We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our facility in Miller, SD.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at $31-$43 per hour, based on experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Job Summary
The LPN provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing principles and be able to provide compassionate care to our residents. This role requires the ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
The LPN will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to quality care.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a current LPN license and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program. Experience working in long-term care settings is preferred. The successful candidate will also be required to complete annual continuing education units and department-specific competencies.
