Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at Archbold Medical Center. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist RNs and LPNs with meeting the needs of hospitalized patients or nursing home residents
  • Participate in nursing reports by receiving and contributing to status reports of patients
  • Provide complete and thorough personal care for patients, including vital sign monitoring and recording
  • Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes while ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Respond promptly and consistently to patient and family member needs
  • Complete housekeeping responsibilities as needed, including utility rooms and diet kitchen
  • Assist with ADLs, including personal care, feeding, bathing, and dressing
  • Provide support to patients and family members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current Georgia CNA certification required
  • Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred
