Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and deadlines.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of plumbing systems to identify and rectify issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to plumbing staff and customers.
  • Train new employees on proper plumbing techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Interact with clients to assess their plumbing needs and explain recommended repairs or installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of plumbing activities, including work orders, materials used, and hours worked.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Master Plumber Preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment effectively.
  • Service Titan Experience preferred.
Work Environment, Requirements, and Hours:

Master plumbers will work in small commercial and residential sites. The standard business hours will be 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Must be available for on-call duty outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-call days will be scheduled in advance.

Compensation and Benefits:
