The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a valued member of our team, you will serve as a caregiver to our residents during scheduled work periods.
About the Role- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
- Deliver age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the residents as per their care plans.
- Assist with basic health care needs, including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as needed.
- Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if required.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
- Competitive salary: $18.00 - $25.50 per hour.
- Sign on Bonus of $1,500.
