LPN Medication Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and services to our residents. As an LPN Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
- Review and document medication administration records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure timely and effective medication management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure medication carts and treatment carts are properly stocked and maintained.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs) to ensure resident-centered care.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous experience working with seniors and administering medications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
