Job Title: MRI Tech - Traveler

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Tech to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. As an MRI Tech, you will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen patients for MR safety prior to procedures
  • Explain procedures to patients and answer questions
  • Maintain equipment, examine machines for proper functioning, and sterilize rooms
  • Start IVs, administer contrast media per orders and protocol
  • Maintain patient records and add medical notes related to procedures
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures
Requirements:
  • One to three years' experience as an MRI Tech preferred
  • Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
