  • Conduct research that results in high-quality, peer-reviewed publications.

Minimum Qualifications

A doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely related discipline by date of appointment for appointment as Assistant Professor; established record of research/scholarship for appointment as Associate Professor.

Preferred Qualifications

At least one year of industry experience and/or at least one year of teaching and developing undergraduate courses in Engineering Technology.

Evidence of securing external funding in relevant areas.

A Professional Engineering License.

Technologically current work experience in mechanical design, smart manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 systems.
