We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and ensuring that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
• Craft high-quality beverages using our proprietary Starbucks equipment and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the Starbucks area, by adhering to our high standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the Starbucks area, as needed.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
