Role Summary
The Test Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of both hardware and software testing solutions for SiTime's precision timing products.

  • Technical Responsibilities
    • Develop a comprehensive testing solution for SiTime's precision timing products, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
    • Design custom test boards and probe cards at the board level.
    • Establish, implement, troubleshoot, and refine automated testing programs.
    • Ensure that test programs are scalable, reusable, and accurate.
    • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing yield and reducing costs.
  • Leadership Responsibilities
    • Oversee testing solutions for various families of SiTime precision timing products.
    • Collaborate with skilled teams to ensure high-quality and reliable testing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in team leadership.
  • Strong background in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development for mixed-signal integrated circuits.
  • Experience in analog electronics and board-level design.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis of testing data.
