Key Responsibilities

The MRI Technologist will:

  • Perform MRI scans while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and sterile techniques.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
  • Strong teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Licensure:

Must be MRI registered or possess the necessary certifications.

For non-registered MRI Technologists, a Radiologic Technologist license from the State and ARRT(R) registry is required within six months of employment.
