Job Overview

As a Cleanroom Technician at Calidad Industries, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and contamination control of our laboratory and industrial settings. This includes monitoring air quality, cleaning facilities and equipment, and keeping records of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleanroom checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Execute maintenance and upkeep of cleanroom areas, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain air quality, temperature, and humidity levels within the cleanroom environment.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a cleanroom or laboratory setting, with a focus on contamination control and maintenance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and tools, with a focus on safety and efficacy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
