Marzetti Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience that will not only build your resume but also expand your career possibilities after graduation. Our program is designed to provide students with unique experiences in their field of interest while offering valuable insights into other key areas of the business.
Internship OpportunityT. Marzetti is seeking an intern to join our Retail Brand Management team in the summer of 2025. Over the course of our 12-week program, our interns will gain:
- Practical Experience: Take ownership of meaningful projects and share innovative ideas to gain relevant experience in Brand Management.
- Professional Development: Develop your professional network by connecting with colleagues, managers, and fellow interns through social activities, volunteer opportunities, and development sessions with company leadership.
- Career Advancement: Potential for part-time and full-time employment based on your performance and the company's needs.
As a member of our Retail Brand Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Social media brand development
- Tracking Sister Schubert's and Texas Roadhouse rolls' regionality
- Developing Sister Schubert's in low CID/BDI regions
To be considered for this internship, you must:
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate accredited university with a focus in Business Management and Marketing
- Demonstrate teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience
- Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrate sound judgment and apply logical thinking when creating solutions
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative
- Display a professional, positive attitude with team members
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
