Role Responsibilities

As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming and assisting customers.
  • Providing informed product recommendations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.
  • Operating cash registers and processing transactions.
  • Efficiently managing will-call orders and customer waitlists.
  • Contributing to store opening and closing tasks.
  • Executing operational tasks such as inventory management and product restocking.
  • Developing expertise in technical product knowledge.
  • Educating customers on product features and assisting them in making informed choices.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Proficient in cash handling and inventory management.
