Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. You will work closely with various internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and sales, to ensure the Salesforce environment meets their needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Customize Salesforce components to meet business requirements, including fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes.
• Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to test and implement new Salesforce solutions and updates.
• Provide user support, training, and maintain documentation.
• Monitor system usage and perform routine health checks and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
