Job Summary:

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert support for internal HR customers for both projects and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for SAP HR functional areas and Success Factors.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to communicate business needs and ensure alignment with technology solutions.
  • Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost-benefit measurements.
  • Communicate trends and requirements to and from customers and IT.
  • Work with business units on multi-project assignments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR with expert use of Success Factors.
  • Experience developing process maps, gathering business requirements, and application testing.
  • Expert in EC foundational/custom object configuration.

Desired Skills:

  • Exposure to HR business processes in recruiting, onboarding, succession, performance, and learning.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting HR system issues and interfaces to other systems.
  • Ability to provide second and third-level support for inquiries submitted to the IT Help Line.
  • Data analysis skills and experience troubleshooting application functions or database results.
