Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain new accounts for our clients.
  • Manage specific price books for retail management, replacements, and other tasks.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and buyers to process new items, replacements, and promotions efficiently.
  • Analyze and resolve invoice and price book errors in conjunction with our IT team.
  • Support data analysis and collection by running various reports as needed.
  • Assist with special projects involving price books.
  • Address product and service issues based on customer needs.
  • Work closely with our IT team to resolve price book-related queries.
  • Process tradeshow bookings and print shelf labels accordingly.
  • Coordinate promotional bookings and ensure timely execution.
  • Regularly review and adjust processes and procedures as necessary.
  • Maintain contact lists of collaborators and update information periodically.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field.
  • Effective communication skills to convey requirements and expectations to diverse individuals.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Detailed attention to project completion, ensuring all phases are met.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including email, spreadsheets, and presentation creation tools (Microsoft Office).
  • A cooperative and communicative attitude towards executive staff, managers, and employees is required.
Estimated Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
