Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our events by assisting with various tasks associated with the rental of our facilities. This position is open to teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17 years old and adults. Listed responsibilities, when performed by minors, will observe all child labor regulations and restrictions. These include but are not limited to:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Assume the role of a gracious host and ensure excellent levels of customer service by providing information and answering questions throughout the event.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Work at a concession stand and serve food and drinks to our guests.
  • Event Setup and Tear Down: Assist with unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events, including chairs, tables, and stage.
  • Ushering and Seating Arrangements: Work as an usher and ensure that seating arrangements adhere to fire code regulations.
  • Event Space Maintenance: Ensure the event space is clean and organized, and adhere to direction for event safety standards.
  • Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect equipment for damage after use and check it against an inventory list.
  • Equipment Packing and Storage: Pack up equipment when the event is completed.
  • Parking Lot Security: Undertake security duties specifically in the parking lot as deemed fit.
  • Technical Support: Assist with setting up lighting and sound equipment.
  • Event Space Restoration: Ensure the space is in its original condition prior to rental.
