Job Overview

Geo Owl is seeking a skilled Maritime Cartographer to enhance our geospatial services. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience and fulfill the qualifications outlined below.

Location: Remote

Security Clearance: TS/SCI required

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), demonstrating a solid grasp of geospatial analytical techniques.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Proficient in geography, cartography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), with hands-on experience in ArcGIS software.
  • Experience in developing shapefiles, geo-databases, and various geospatial features.
  • Familiarity with geospatial analysis software, including commercial GIS applications such as ArcGIS Pro, ERDAS, and SocetSet, along with standard office software.
  • Understanding of digital cartography, image processing, GIS methodologies, and NGA digital data formats.

Educational Background:

  • Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
