Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate care to achieve desired outcomes, and participate in patient and family teaching.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in patient and family teaching, promoting health education and empowerment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice and performance.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Current professional RN license issued and/or recognized by the state Board of Nursing for the State of employment.
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS from AHA
- PALS from AHA
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or equivalent required (AB508 and SB1299)
- Two (2) years' experience preferred in the area applied for.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in area/specialty applied for.
- Adaptable to changing work schedules and patient needs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $43.41-$60.79 (ER), 12-hour shifts, and overtime paid after 8 hours. Additionally, we offer a retention bonus of $10,000 for full-time employees.
