This role demands innovative strategies to effectively identify and engage qualified resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified language interpreters to meet operational needs as outlined in work orders and task directives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Order-to-Fulfill (O2F) process.
  • Leverage various program databases to maintain accurate information regarding work order rates, terms, and conditions.
  • Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ascertain requirements and allocate suitable resources.
  • Exercise initiative and sound judgment within established protocols to ensure optimal fulfillment of work orders.
  • Participate in networking events to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Exhibit a willingness to travel as necessary.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for Foreign Language, Interpreter, or Translation roles.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience supporting large-scale programs.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing exotic language interpreters.
  • Ability to provide proactive solutions for resource pipelining.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with MS Access.
Work Environment
  • Remote work flexibility.
  • Occasional visits to the office may be required.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Availability for non-traditional working hours, including nights and weekends.
