Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed design plans, reports, and other project-related documents
- Coordinate the review and approval of design documents with relevant agencies
- Manage time and staff resources to adhere to schedule and budget constraints
- Prepare bid documents and quantity estimates
- Facilitate agency approvals

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and PE licensure
- Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve, supervise staff, and mentor less-experienced engineers
- Familiarity with DOT bridge design guidelines and standards (preferred)
