Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Ruges Automotive Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls and glass.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities manager.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
