Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by performing duties as cashier, providing logistics support, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Perform merchandise-related activities to ensure merchandise presentation guidelines are met, including implementing plan-o-gram changes and updates, merchandise set, and price changes.
  • Set weekly ads, including price changes, and any associated updates to store signage.
  • Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes.
  • Proactively engage every customer to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize and understand the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional product and/or services solutions.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • No previous experience required, but retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, which are necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
