**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal
* Interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents
* Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions
* Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis
* Assist in the preparation of market-ready units
* Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to read, write, and understand English
* Ability to use general office equipment
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
* Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
* Must comply with all safety requirements
* Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment
