Job Summary
As a Cafe Associate at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members. This role involves preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve food according to item specifications
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping and cleaning the cafe area
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting members and responding to their needs
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive shopping experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources

Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
