The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance, including drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and flooring. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some computer skills are beneficial. Bilingual Spanish-speaking is an asset.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor spaces, including routine painting, carpentry, and cleaning.
- Perform tasks such as minor plumbing, basic electrical work, and flooring installation.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring a neat and clean presentation.
- Monitor building and grounds to ensure a tidy and safe environment.
This role involves:
- Timely communication with team members to address work orders and emergency situations.
- Rotational on-call duties to respond to after-hours issues within 30 minutes.
- Flexibility to work overtime when assigned.
- Adaptability to changing work priorities to meet project deadlines.
