Caregiver Specialist
Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' independence and well-being by assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and using the bathroom.

Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our clients and their families, working closely with our care team to understand each client's unique needs and preferences. You will provide personalized support to help our clients achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and using the bathroom
  • Recording changes in the client's level of ability
  • Supporting the client's well-being by building personal connections, creating meaningful social engagement, helping with independence, and providing security
