About the Role

This Neonatal Critical Care Nurse position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of premature and critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert care to newborns in high-acuity NICU settings, utilizing advanced critical care nursing skills and techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal outcomes and meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
Requirements:
  • RN licensure and BSN degree required; MSN or DNP preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in neonatal critical care nursing, preferably in a high-acuity setting.
  • Current certifications in neonatal critical care and life support (e.g., NRP, PALS).
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
