We have an opening for a highly qualified Staff Electronics Engineer (Network Engineer) to support our Avionics Integration organization. This position can be based in either Palmdale, CA or Rancho Bernardo, CA.

The selected candidate will design, operate, and manage companion networks in lab and field environments. They will deploy, utilize, and maintain network management tools and collaborate with engineers to design network integration solutions. The engineer will plan and install security patches, monitor system uptime, and recommend enhancements to improve performance and reliability.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related engineering experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of experience. Current Security+ certification is also required, along with expertise in network architecture and protocols. In-depth knowledge of routing and switching concepts and protocols is necessary.

This role requires full-time, on-site work at our facility and up to 10% travel time. No remote or hybrid work is available for this position.

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $247,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, and savings plans. Employees may also be eligible for annual bonuses and long-term incentives.
