Optometric Assistant

We're seeking a charismatic Optometric Assistant to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and personalized experience.

You'll be trained and knowledgeable about eye health, preliminary testing, optics, and our products/services. Your role will involve:

• Maintaining accurate patient records and conducting preliminary testing
• Introducing patients to our ODs and providing essential information
• Transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor, educating and recommending products and services
• Executing day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals

We're looking for individuals with a related customer or patient experience background, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
