Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at FMH - Forsyth Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
Responsibilities- Lead Patient Care Team: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Provide Expert Nursing Care: Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
- Manage Patient Flow: Ensure efficient and effective management of patient flow, including admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing practice.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Licensure: Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
- Experience: One-year relevant experience, preferred.
