Showroom Representative

Pella, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and contributing to the success of our showroom.

• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
• Display and demonstrate products in the showroom, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Answer customer calls, prequalify leads, and set expectations regarding the retail replacement process.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring a favorable environment for customers.
• Administer and communicate accurate product information, and provide administrative support to sales and management.
• Assist with order entry, quotes, and other tasks as needed.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media, in-house marketing initiatives, and local events.

• Strong organizational, social, and customer focus skills.
• Excellent product knowledge and math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A high level of energy, confidence, and top-notch customer service.

• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or general business experience.
