About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Front Porch, a leading provider of senior living services. As a LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and colleagues
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality patient care
  • Coordinate and perform resident assessments, plan of care evaluations, and necessary treatments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to federal and state regulations
  • Participate in mandatory in-service meetings and adhere to department policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current LVN licensure in California
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately
