About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at LOT Management. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up trash and empty trash receptacles as needed
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning cobwebs
  • Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
  • Remove and/or clean up debris or soil, such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, and graffiti
  • Inspect public areas for cleanliness and notify the supervisor of any issues
  • Wear appropriate safety equipment, including gloves, goggles, and a safety vest
Requirements
  • Janitorial experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Meet physical requirements, including walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting, and carrying
