DeFalco's Italian Eatery, Grocery is seeking a seasoned and dedicated Lead Expo to join our culinary team.

This role demands a high level of experience and expertise in fast-paced kitchen environments. You will be responsible for orchestrating the smooth flow of food preparation and service, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.

• Masterful Execution: Demonstrate proficiency in handling all aspects of expo operations independently, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
• Plate Composition & Coordination: Skillfully assemble composed plates according to established recipes and standards, ensuring visual appeal and accuracy.
• Guest Communication: Effectively communicate dish details and information to guests in a clear and friendly manner.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a positive and attentive demeanor at all times, anticipating guest needs and providing exceptional service.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide food runners, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Culinary Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless operations and adherence to culinary standards.

Full availability for weekend shifts is essential.
