RAYUS Radiology is seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing equipment service issues between the mobile and corporate teams, coordinating delivery and pickup of rental units with clients, and serving as a liaison for service issues with the mobile division, clients, corporate, and OEMs.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with Monday-Friday shifts from 8:00am-5:00pm. The ideal candidate lives in the South Chicago to North West Indiana area.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the single point of contact for monitoring, tracking, and reporting service issues in the mobile/wholesale division.
- Tracks and reports downtime along with the financial impact to the management team.
- Captures and distributes downtime metrics as a component of reporting downtime.
- Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for the field when assistance is needed to open/close purchase order tickets, ensuring compliance of Maintenance Connection with the mobile field team.
- Acts as the mobile team super user for Maintenance Connection providing training when applicable.
Educational Requirements
- Associate's degree in business or related healthcare field.
- Prior experience working with OEMs on service issues.
- 5-7 years of customer service in a medical imaging environment.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance.
- Currently hold or have the ability to obtain a valid passport.
