Corizon Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pyschiatric Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients referred by medical or clinical services staff.
- Provide written summaries of patient history, diagnosis, and treatment course.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in treatment planning and programming for the Mental Health Unit, including regular staffing and contact with Mental Health Unit staff and supervisor.
- Provide in-service education to Mental Health Unit staff as needed.
- Be available on a scheduled basis for on-call needs of the Mental Health Unit.
- Participate in Treatment Audit Committee.
