We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team at our West Broward Boulevard branch. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and helping customers with their financial needs.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Help customers with their financial needs, such as opening new accounts, applying for loans, and providing financial guidance.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, as well as company policies and procedures.

• 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.

• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Cash handling experience.
