Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65 per hour billable, with a minimum of 20 hours per week at $45 per non-billable hour. This translates to an estimated annual salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 depending on the number of billable hours worked.

Job Description

This part-time Behavioral Therapist role involves working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in various settings, including homes, centers, and communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, assessing, and analyzing behavioral programs, as well as supervising Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral support programs in coordination with caregivers
  • Conduct formal assessments, such as ABLLS and VB-Mapp
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity
  • Participate in staff training and coordinate meetings with caregivers to review data and provide parent training
Requirements
  • Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/LABA
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to perform physical restraint as needed with proper training
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Aptitude to coordinate with others and resolve conflicts professionally
