Job Overview

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is a values-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company dedicated to helping individuals with autism and special needs. We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team and contribute to the development of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of ABA principles. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior plans in a client's home or community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior plans in a client's home or community setting
  • Work 1:1 with children and adolescents to develop new skills
  • Incorporate families and caregivers into therapy sessions
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and service notes
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
