Job Summary

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Comfort Inn-Randolph, MA. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and issuing room keys
  • Verify and reconcile hotel transactions, including room rates, taxes, and other charges
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the front desk and surrounding areas
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
