We are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Deadwood Lodge. This role is perfect for individuals who possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with prior experience in hotel front desk operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest accommodation, including check-in and check-out tasks, online and phone reservations, and customer service inquiries.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum

About the Role
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks efficiently
  • Manage online and phone reservations effectively
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Experience with hotel reservations software, like OnQ or Opera
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
