We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Binghamton, New York. Job Summary:

This 13-week contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a Labor and Delivery unit, providing care to patients during one of the most critical and rewarding times in their lives. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in Labor and Delivery nursing
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
  • Current RN licensure in New York State
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
