About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our team at TechnoMile. As a key member of our Professional Service and Delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing our cloud solutions and working closely with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely completion and scope adherence
  • Work with key project stakeholders and the CRM technical team to oversee project aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Establish engagement work plans, with input and agreement from stakeholders, that define engagement activities, dates, and resources
  • Coordinate multi-functional teams to execute engagement project deliverables that meet stakeholder requirements
  • Produce project management documentation, such as project timelines, meeting materials, status reports, and budget reports
  • Regularly communicate project status with external and internal stakeholders
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage engagement scope, schedule, and resources, and maintain budget awareness
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of project management and related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
