Position Overview:

Technology Partners is in search of a skilled Radiology Solutions Specialist. Are you well-versed in Radiology and its associated IT processes, including RIS, PACS, DICOM, and HL7? Join us in advancing your career.


Key Responsibilities:

This position plays a crucial role in facilitating the effective implementation of Radiology's Digital Solutions portfolio through expert training, system structuring, and industry-leading clinical workflow knowledge.

  • Coordinate and conduct both on-site and virtual training sessions.
  • Oversee training documentation and evaluate educational outcomes.
  • Provide expertise to various teams, including Support, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Organize data within customer servers routinely.
  • Assist in developing and updating educational materials as necessary.
  • Collect customer feedback to enhance continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects within the digital organization.
  • Contribute to knowledge management efforts, including the creation of knowledge base articles.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain expertise in current software offerings and updates.
  • Assist in analyzing training and customer health KPIs.
  • Help refine processes within the Digital Radiology Business.
  • Collaborate across functions to support the onboarding of new clinical applications.
  • Support Sales and Marketing by aiding in customer demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Represent the company at various conferences and trade shows, both virtually and in person.
  • Communicate effectively in English, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Be prepared for travel, with potential peaks of up to 50%, including overnight stays.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (experience may be adjusted based on education level).
  • Radiologic Technologist (RT) Certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for training individuals with diverse technical backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on approach, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Radiology workflows and related IT systems (RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies (Salesforce, Kimble, ServiceMax).
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Security+ Certification (CompTIA).
  • CIIP Certification.
  • Experience with CT, MR Modality, or Quality Management.
  • Familiarity with dose management software, electronic medical record systems, and/or PACS systems.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $85.
