We are seeking a talented Network Engineer Technician to join our team at LaBella Associates in Chattanooga, TN. This rewarding position comes with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing fiber optic networks, as well as ensuring the accuracy of records. They will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.

Main Tasks:

  • Analyze and evaluate complex technical information to determine the best course of action.
  • Design and implement fiber optic networks that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fiber optic installations and modifications.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in CAD, Electrical Engineering with CAD training, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of fiber optics work experience with demonstrated competence.
  • Strong understanding of FTTx design and Outside Plant engineering practices.
