Job OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team at SPECIALTY MAGNETICS LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our building. Your duties will include general cleaning, maintenance tasks, and other assigned responsibilities.Responsibilities:
  • Care of Building
    • General cleaning
    • Cutting grass
    • Mulching
    • Raking and blowing of leaves, including off of roof
    • Removing garbage and recycling
    • Care for plants around the building
    • Help with sorting of materials received
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:
    • At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
    • Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
    • Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
    • Excellent stamina and physical health
    • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
    • Open to instruction
    • 25 hours per week
